Hardwearing/Sports Turf

Our sports mix turf is a seed grown turf mix that will offer you both a nice thick green texture and all of the hardwearing qualities required for repeat use such as children playing,barbecues and occasional lack of maintenance such as missing the mowing whilst on holiday, this turf mix also has a good tolerance to drought and lack of sunlight, These types of turf are now by far the most popular grass types sold in Britain today, the days of the old fashioned meadow turf of the 1980's are pretty much gone all turf now should be of a good healthy standard grown on good quality land from purpose seed.

Arena Turf

Our Arena turf mix is also a hardwearing turf although not so much as the sports mix, when maintained correctly this turf will offer you a slightly finer texture however it will require more meticulous care and a consistent mowing and feeding regime, this turf mix is ideally suited to the keen gardeners for use on front lawns with good light and low foot traffic.

Turf delivery/Collections

Orders can be placed 7 days a week over the phone, we deliver monday - saturday all day, orders can be paid for by card prior to drop or cash to the driver on delivery we can usually get deliveries out the following day and sometimes sameday, please give us as much notice as possible though as april and may is the busiest time of the year and saturdays especially tend to get booked very quickly. Collections - whilst we welcome collections it must be stressed that we are a working farm/trade outlet and not a garden centre with public facilities, for this reason field collections are limited strictly to trade account holders and by appointment only as we are constantly moving field in the busy season.Please contact us to enquire about trade accounts or becoming a stockist of our turf and soil. We are also able to supply bulk loads of 1000 sq metres and up nationwide either in standard size rolls or big rolls harvested to custom sizes.
